Gabriele Tinti

Gabriele Tinti is an Italian poet and writer. Getty Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the British Museum, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the National Roman Museum, the Capitolini Museums, the Archeological Museum in Naples, the Ara Pacis Museums, the Colosseum and the Glyptothek of Munich. His poems have been recited by actors like Willem Dafoe, Abel Ferrara, Kevin Spacey, Franco Nero. His recent publications are "Ruins" (Eris Press, London); "Bleedings" (La Nave di Teseo, Milan; Contra Mundum Press, New York) and "Confessions" (with Andres Serrano - Eris Press, London).

David Graham is a professional Italian-English translator. He mainly translates catalogues for art exhibitions and museums, such as the Venice Art Biennale and the Venice Fine Arts Academy, but also enjoys grappling with poetry. He grew up in New Zealand and moved to Europe in 1982. He now lives in Venice, Italy.
The body as an impediment, a prison for the soul, an obstacle to contemplation. I am the result of that education, of that culture. A culture that admires sacrifice and willingness for martyrdom.
