Vince Contarino is an artist and curator who lives and works in New York City. His residencies and awards include The Sharpe-Walentas Studio Program and a Fellowship from New York Foundation for the Arts, where he served on the Artist’s Advisory Board for Painting. His work has been covered in Hyperallergic, The Brooklyn Rail, and SFAQ. Contarino has been a visiting artist at Art Omi, The Wassaic Project, University of South Florida, and is a former Co-Director of Present Company. He graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL.
