Anisa Jackson

Anisa Jackson is a curator, writer, and researcher based in New York, working across contemporary art, performance, and visual culture with a focus on Black study, geography, and experimental forms of exhibition-making. Jackson is a Curator-At-Large at the Aspen Art Museum and contributes writing on art and performance to various publications.

Installed as a series of pairings rather than a linear chronology, A Language We Share: Beverly Price and Gordon Parks at the Center for Art and Advocacy Gallery, places images in quiet but deliberate conversation.
