Holly Flora

Professor Holly Flora teaches medieval and early Renaissance art history at Tulane University. She is the author of numerous articles and two monographs, most recently, Cimabue and the Franciscans (2018), winner of the 2020 Premio San Francesco from the Antonianum in Rome.

In 2019, a small painting found in the kitchen of an elderly Frenchwoman sold at auction for almost 27 million dollars.
