Christopher Atamian

Christopher Atamian is a New York-based writer and filmmaker and former dance critic for The New York Press.

This book provides a fascinating cultural history of mid-twentieth century publishing and fashion photography through the lives of two women photographers. Kino’s judicious use of archival footage, interviews, and research into the period paints a rich portrait of the rarified world of fashion and women’s magazines.
