Alex Da Corte (b. 1980) is an artist concerned with the way that experience is mediated through memory and material culture, the invisible skins that separate internal and external existence, art’s history and its place, and the durability and poetry of popular forms. He makes paintings, sculpture, installations, films and writing. He has been the subject of large-scale survey exhibitions at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Humlebæk, the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. In 2026, With the Whitney Museum’s Meg Onli, he is co-curating the first Roy Lichtenstein retrospective in New York in more than 30 years.

Ajay Kurian is an artist, educator, and writer. Kurian employs a fluid, multimedia vocabulary which aims to articulate the social and environmental conditions that govern both our worldly and transcendental faiths. His work often tries to bridge the gap between the local and the cosmic.  He is the founder of NewCrits, a global platform for virtual studio mentorship for artists of all backgrounds and experience. Kurian lives in Brooklyn, New York. He holds a BA from Columbia University in Visual Arts and Art History.
