Michael Ruby is the author of three recent poetry collections from BlazeVOX [books], and the forthcoming trilogy Memories, Dreams and Inner Voices (Station Hill Press, spring 2012) and American Songbook (Ugly Duckling Presse, fall 2012). He lives in Brooklyn and works as a newspaper editor.

Allan M. Jalon is a New York-based writer who works in a variety of genres, including fiction, journalism and poetry. Previous poems have appeared in The Jewish Spectator and elsewhere. His stories have appeared in the Southwest Review, Manoa and the Global City Review; his journalism has run in the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times and many other publications.
