The Brooklyn Rail is published ten times annually. Our 20,000 print run is distributed to museums, galleries, universities, bookstores, and arts nonprofits throughout New York City, with a national subscriber base. We have an international online monthly readership of approximately 500,000.

Chuck Close has called our journal “this generation’s organ of choice in which artists, art historians, and artists themselves weigh in on the most significant work being shown.”
